If you are trying to view a matching student paper in Turnitin Feedback Studio, you may be presented with this message:
The original copy of this paper cannot be viewed because either it or the class or the assignment it was submitted to has been deleted.
This message indicates that the matching paper and/or associated assignment or class has been deleted from the class instructor's Turnitin account.
If you are the class instructor, Turnitin Technical Support can restore the source for you. Please raise a support ticket if you need this type of assistance.
If you are not the class instructor, but the paper was submitted to another class within your institution, the Turnitin account administrator can request for Turnitin Technical Support to restore the paper to allow you to view it, providing that your Turnitin account administrator has also enabled the submission release feature. More information on the submission release feature can also be found in our instructors' Help Guides.
Note: Instructors can only view paper sources within their institution’s account and cannot view paper sources for another institution’s account within a multi-campus level account.
