If you see a gray and white striped screen or receive the error message "Oops! There was an issue loading your Similarity Report. Please check again later" when attempting to view a submission, the report has failed to generate.
How to resolve this error
- Check file requirements: Confirm that your file meets all Turnitin file requirements (such as word count, file size, and format).
- Resave and resubmit: If the file meets all requirements, the original document may be corrupted or formatted incorrectly. Re-save or export the file—ideally as a PDF—and submit it again.
