If you encounter the following message while reviewing an iThenticate 2.0 Similarity Report, it means the full text of the matching submission is currently restricted by your institution's privacy configurations:
"This content is private and cannot be viewed"
How to resolve
To make the full text of matching submissions visible, your iThenticate account administrator must update the account's settings.
