Administrator weekly summary for paper deletion requests

Turnitin provides account administrators with a convenient weekly email summary to track and manage pending paper deletion requests that require review.

The summary email is sent automatically every Monday and provides a list of all pending deletion requests for their account.

Troubleshooting missing summary emails

If you did not receive your weekly summary email on Monday, it is usually due to one of the following reasons:

  • No open requests: There were no pending paper deletion requests in your queue at the time the system generated the weekly email.

  • Alternative routing configurations: By default, this summary is sent to the Turnitin account administrator/s. However, if your institution has configured a designated notification email address specifically for handling paper deletions, the weekly summary will be routed to that specified address instead.

Need to review your settings?

To review or update your designated deletion notification preferences, log into your Turnitin Administrator dashboard and check your Account Settings.
