Turnitin allows for one administrator per institutional account. Therefore, it is not possible to have multiple administrators on one Turnitin account.
If required, it is possible to pass the role from one user to another. Guidance on how to assign the administrator role to another is available in our Help Guides.
The administrator of the main Turnitin account can create sub-accounts and assign other users as administrators of the sub-accounts (one for each sub-account). More information on creating sub-accounts and assigning sub-account administrators is also available in our Help Guides.
