If a Turnitin user account has not been accessed for a period of 6 months or more, the password credentials for that user account will expire. Users will be prompted to reset their password to log in to their account with the following message:
We have included a reset password link in the message to help Turnitin users change their passwords. Please click on the link and reset the password for your user account. We recommend creating a new, unique password each time you reset your password.
If you are repeatedly prompted to reset your password because it has expired, please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies.
