The error message 60:60 - Your session has expired. Oops something went wrong may appear when attempting to access Turnitin Similarity Reports if the instructor’s user account has been deactivated in the past, even if the instructor is currently active.
To resolve this error, please navigate to the institution's instructor list and proceed to lock and unlock the affected instructor's user account. This ensures that the instructor profile has full access to Turnitin Similarity Reports.

If the error persists after trying the lock/unlock workaround, please raise a support ticket providing the instructor’s full name, email address, and Turnitin user ID if possible.
