Is it possible to save and re-use PeerMark questions?

When setting up a PeerMark assignment, it is possible to save your questions to your library. This will allow you to re-use the same questions on different PeerMark assignments across different classes, instead of having to re-type them each time.

When you are adding questions to a PeerMark assignment, you will see a Save to Library option:

Please note that every time you click Save to Library you will be asked to save the whole set of questions to a new library. Therefore, we would recommend adding all the required questions before hitting save, to save a complete set. You can also save questions one by one, but to do so, you would need to add only the question you intend to save and then clear the questions list each time before adding and saving another.

Don't worry if you make a mistake, you will be able to edit existing libraries by adding or removing one or more questions to/from each saved library. You can do this from within the PeerMark assignment PeerMark Questions tab or from within your Libraries tab.

To do so from the Libraries tab, please follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Libraries tab (you will need to access a class first)

  2. Click on PeerMark Questions

  3. You will see a list of all saved libraries

  4. You will then be able to view, edit, delete or copy a library. Please note that system libraries cannot be deleted.

Note: Although you have to access a specific class to access the Library tab, all questions can be accessed from any of your classes.

To edit your questions from within the PeerMark assignment, navigate to Edit Settings and then the PeerMark Questions tab. You will then have the following options:

  • Add from Library
  • Save to Library
  • Delete Library
  • Add Question
  • Reorder questions

For existing questions, you will also have the option to edit (blue pencil icon) or delete (red bin icon) them, as shown in the screenshot below:
