For every successfully submitted paper, Turnitin will allow you to download a digital receipt containing your submission ID.
If you are unable to view your submission from within the assignment inbox, then it is likely that you have missed the final confirmation step in the submission process and your paper never made it to us.
If this is the case, please resubmit your paper and contact your instructor should you require further assistance.
The Turnitin technical support team will only be able to help you trace your paper if you are able to provide the Turnitin submission ID.
