If you have submitted the incorrect paper and you are unable to upload a resubmission of the correct paper to Turnitin, there are a couple of possible reasons for this.
First, it may be that resubmissions have not been enabled for - you will need to contact your instructor directly to check if resubmissions are allowed.
If you are trying to resubmit a paper after the assignment due date has passed, you will not be able to. Please note that this is intended behavior. Resubmissions are not allowed once the assignment due date and time has passed, even if the assignment allows for late submissions to be made. Late submissions are only available for first submissions.
If your instructor has set up a New Standard Assignment (please check which assignment type you are using with your instructor if you're not sure), they may be able to provide you with an extension which will allow you to resubmit the correct paper. Guidance on how they can do this can be found here.
Your instructor should be able to decide whether to enable resubmissions or delete the submission to allow you to make another (or potentially set up an extension for you if you're using a New Standard Assignment). They may also submit it on your behalf. Please reach out to them to discuss this.
