How do I get an invoice or receipt for my iThenticate purchase?

Upon purchasing one or more iThenticate credits, a receipt is automatically emailed to you with options to download your invoice, receipt, or both.

If you cannot find your receipt email:

  • Check your spam or junk folder: Automated billing emails can sometimes be filtered by your email provider.

  • Check your device's downloads folder: If you have already clicked the download link from the email in the past, the PDF files may already be saved locally on your computer or device.

Important note about billing modifications:

Invoices and receipts are automatically generated at the time of purchase using the exact billing address you provided and your web browser's language settings. These documents cannot be modified or reissued after the transaction is complete.
