Note: If you have not received a password reset email, please check your junk/spam folders, as they are sometimes filtered as spam. You may wish to add noreply@ithenticate.com to your list of email contacts to further ensure that our emails are not filtered out of your inbox, as this does sometimes occur.
If you are unable to reset your password, it may be that you have more than one iThenticate account set up using the same email address. Multiple iThenticate user accounts using the same email address can occur if you have an iThenticate user account associated with your institution and an individual user account.
If you believe you have more than one iThenticate user account mapped to the same email address, please raise a support ticket and our Technical Support team will be able to assist you further.
