The AI Writing Detection feature requires a license add-on. If this feature is not currently visible or active on your account, please follow the steps below based on your user role:
For account administrators:
If you are the a Turnitin or iThenticate administrator for your institution and would like to add AI Writing Detection to your current license, please contact your Turnitin account manager. They can provide you with pricing details and update your license.
For instructors:
If you are an instructor and want access to this feature, please reach out to your institution's Turnitin administrator. Your administrator will need to discuss this with their Turnitin account manager.
⚠️ Note: The Turnitin Technical Support team cannot enable this feature or modify license agreements. All activation requests must go through your institution's Turnitin account manager.
