When reviewing a Similarity Report, if you notice that a match link is blank or unresponsive when clicked, it is likely because the matching source comes from a Premium Publication database, such as ProQuest.
This is the intended behavior for Premium Publication matches. When matches are highlighted to content from our Premium Publications database, details of the matching source are displayed, but we do not provide direct access to that content.
Subscribers to the publication may use the author and title details displayed in the matching source entry to view the source through their normal institutional access route or ProQuest account.
