If you are having trouble submitting a paper, please ensure that your device meets our system requirements.
If your device meets our requirements, but you are still unable to submit, your file may not meet our requirements, there may be unusual formatting within the file that you are trying to submit, or the file may be corrupt. Please check that your file meets the requirements listed in this guide.
If your file does meet our requirements, one successful workaround to the problem is to try saving and resubmitting your paper in one of the other supported file types. For example, if a paper was saved in Microsoft Word (.docx) format, try saving and resubmitting in the Portable Document format (.pdf).
If you are submitting to a Classic Standard Assignment (guidance on how to check which version of the Standard Assignment you are using can be found here), as an alternative, you can also submit your paper via Text Input instead of a file submission. Information on the Text Input upload method can be found within our guide on submitting to an assignment under the Classic Standard Assignment tab.
If late submissions are allowed, and you are submitting a late paper, please note that only the first submission can be submitted late to an assignment; late resubmissions are never allowed.
