If you receive the error message Due to inactivity, your session has expired. To continue using Turnitin, please fully close and re-enter this assignment. Refreshing your browser will not resolve this issue when trying to upload a file to Turnitin, try logging out and back in to resolve the issue.

If this does not resolve the issue, please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies.
