If you encounter the message This content is private and cannot be viewed, it means the full text of the matching submission is currently restricted and cannot be displayed.
How to show full text matches
To make the full text visible, your Turnitin account administrator needs to enable two specific settings within the account:
Source text visibility
Paper match details

Important considerations
Using an LMS (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, etc.)? If your institution accesses Turnitin through a learning management system, these settings must be updated directly within your LMS integration settings.
Using Microsoft Teams? Please note that submissions made through the Turnitin Similarity integration with Microsoft Teams cannot display the full text of matches. These specific visibility options are not supported by this integration.
