If you are having trouble resubmitting your paper, please review the following requirements and limitations.
Check the due date
Resubmissions are only possible before the assignment's due date and time have passed. Even if your instructor allows late submissions, these are only available for your first submission to the assignment. Once the deadline has passed, you cannot overwrite an existing paper.
Resubmission limits
If you are using the New Standard Assignment and your instructor has enabled resubmissions, please be aware of the following:
- You can resubmit up to 3 times within a 24-hour period.
- If you exceed this limit, you must wait 24 hours from your last resubmission before you can try again.

If you have checked the deadline and resubmission limits but still cannot resubmit:
- Contact your instructor: Ask them to verify if resubmissions are enabled for your specific assignment. They may also be able to manually remove your previous submission to allow a new one.
