The behavior and features of audio feedback depend on whether your account is using Classic Standard Assignments or New Standard Assignments.
Classic Standard Assignments
Voice comments cannot be downloaded in this version. They can only be accessed by instructors and students from within a submission's Similarity Report by clicking into the Feedback Summary area.

New Standard Assignments
In the updated assignment experience, instructors and students have the added flexibility of downloading audio feedback for offline listening.
How to download: Select the three dots located directly below the audio recording, then click Download from the drop-down menu.

Regardless of which assignment type your instructor uses, students can only access audio feedback after the assignment's Post Date/Feedback Release Date has passed. If this date has not yet been reached, the feedback will remain hidden.
