Users are experiencing a 'Not Yet Available' message when trying to use Draft Coach

If Turnitin Draft Coach has been successfully configured for your institution, this error usually occurs if the user's email domain is not authenticated within your institution's Turnitin Draft Coach configuration.

Note that users at many institutions have email aliases - for these users to be able to use Draft Coach, the original email domain will need to be mapped (rather than the alias).

As a Turnitin account administrator, you can add additional email domains in use at your institution to enable users to have access to Turnitin Draft Coach. It is possible to authenticate up to 10 email domains for use with Turnitin Draft Coach.

To map additional domains, you can follow the configuration guides available in our Help Guides, depending on the Turnitin license in use.

To successfully map additional domains, you will need to have access to the email domains you are trying to authenticate. Please contact your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administrator to provide you with the email domain(s) you wish to authenticate if you're not sure.
