Users may experience a Not Yet Available message if their email domain has not been mapped to the institution's Turnitin Draft Coach setup.
If Turnitin Draft Coach has been successfully configured for your institution, this error usually occurs if the user's email domain is not authenticated within your institution's Turnitin Draft Coach configuration.
As a Turnitin account administrator, you can add additional email domains in use at your institution to enable users to have access to Turnitin Draft Coach. It is possible to authenticate up to 10 email domains for use with Turnitin Draft Coach. To map additional domains, you can follow the configuration guides available in our Help Guides, depending on the Turnitin license in use.
To successfully map additional domains, you will need to have access to the email domains you are trying to authenticate. If you don't have the email domain option to choose to map to your account, please contact your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administrator to provide you with the email domain(s) you wish to authenticate.
