When trying to launch Turnitin Draft Coach in Google Docs or Microsoft Word, users may receive the following error message:
Error message: Not Yet Available!
Cause
If Turnitin Draft Coach has already been deployed for your institution, this error occurs because the user's email domain has not been authenticated in your institution's Turnitin Draft Coach configuration settings.
Resolution
Select your role below to find out how to resolve this error:
As a Turnitin account administrator, you can authenticate additional email domains to grant access to Turnitin Draft Coach.
Key domain requirements:
- Email aliases vs. primary domains: Many institutions use email aliases for users. To enable access, you must map the user's primary/original email domain rather than the alias domain.
- Domain limit: You can authenticate up to 10 email domains per Turnitin account.
- Access requirement: You must have administrative access to the email domains you wish to authenticate. Contact your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administrator to confirm the exact primary domain names in use.
Step-by-step configuration guides
Refer to the appropriate guide below for instructions on mapping additional domains based on your Turnitin license:

- Contact your institution's Turnitin account administrator.
- Provide them with the exact email address you are using to sign in to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
