Within the Moodle Direct Turnitin integration, you may encounter the error message You are not allowed to view this paper. M20: 16 when clicking on the blue pencil icon next to a submission in your inbox. This message is displayed when Turnitin attempts to load the paper in Feedback Studio for grading and the Turnitin class has expired.
You can extend a Turnitin class by setting the Moodle course end date to a date in the future.
Once you have done this, you can sync the new end date with Turnitin by following the steps below:

Access the assignment Summary Screen.

Click the pencil icon beside the assignment section to show the edit view.

Click Submit without making any changes.
