When using Single Sign-On (SSO) to log into Turnitin Originality, Similarity & SimCheck, only the User role is supported.
This means that administrators and investigators must log in manually in order to access their profile. If they log in through SSO, a new standard User account will be created for them with the same email address.
Note: Administrators will not be able to view or search for SSO users in the account user list.
