Revision Assistant does not include a direct print button or printing option within the application interface. To print student essays, you must first download the work to your local device.
To print student essays from Revision Assistant:
- Download the student work first:
- Launch your Revision Assistant course and select the assignment you want to view
- Select Student Progress in the sidebar
- Check the box next to the name of each student whose work you would like to download
- Select Download Current Draft to download the student work as a PDF
- Open the downloaded document using your computer's standard document viewer or word processor
- Use your system's print menu (File > Print or Ctrl+P / Cmd+P) to print the document.
Note: Printed essays will display the assignment title and student name on each page. However, downloaded copies do not include Signal Checks, scores, or other inline feedback.
