Your institution's account license is set up with a limited number of submissions that can be stored in your account's private repository. Once this limit has been reached, no further submissions can be placed in the repository.
If upon uploading your document you encounter an error to confirm that the indexing limit has been reached, you will not be able to proceed.
If your submission does not need to be placed in the repository, please try to upload the file again and select generate report only from the options available when you click on Upload file. This may allow you to generate a report for the submission without the submission being stored in your institution's iThenticate repository.
Please contact your iThenticate account administrator about the repository reaching its limit. If you are the administrator, please contact your iThenticate account manager instead.
If you would like to delete a document that is currently saved in the repository, you will need to send it to the Trash folder first; then, to permanently delete it from your iThenticate account and private repository, please do the following:
-
Select the Trash folder
-
Select the document you would like to delete
-
Click on the Delete button
