Students and instructors may encounter the Turnitin error message You are not authorized to access this resource if their user account is not enrolled in the Schoology course with a student role.
To resolve this, as an instructor, please access the course with the students who are experiencing this error, and follow the steps below to unenroll and then re-enroll them:

Access the Schoology course and click on the Members tab

Ensure that the correct students are enrolled in the course

If they are, click on the settings wheel and select Unenroll

Once unenrolled, select Add members and re-enroll them

At this point, please request the student to attempt to submit to the assignment again.

This should allow the enrollment to pass through to Turnitin and allow students to submit successfully.
If the above steps do not resolve this error, please raise a support ticket and include a Turnitin Paper ID from a successful submission within this assignment.
Note: Teacher, Teaching Assistant (TA), and Student are the only supported user roles with Turnitin.
