I am trying to purchase submission credits for my iThenticate individual account and receive the following error message: Thenticate error code E503

If you have an iThenticate individual user account and have encountered an E503 error message, please raise a support ticket to our Technical Support team. They will need to assist you in activating your account to allow you to purchase submission credits.
