After a student has been enrolled, instructors can edit the student details (name and email address) up until the student has accessed their new Turnitin user account. Once the student logs in, only the student can edit their user information.
User accounts that have not been accessed will display the enrolled date highlighted in pink. Guidance on how instructors can update student details is available in our Help Guides. If the student has logged into their account, guidance on how they can update their own details can be found here.
